There’s not a whole lot we can add to this one.  There’s a balancing act between you and your staff, your company, and your knowledge base about your products and markets… and outside input.  We can’t tell you how to run your business.  But coming from “outside the box,” we CAN often see ways your business can be more productive, more efficient, and envision new creative marketing approaches that can reach new areas of your market in powerful, fresh ways.  Be open to fresh ideas and hold everything, even the sacred cows of the “way it’s always been,” up to the light of market testing.  After all, the only right or wrong ideas are the ones the market tells us! Make this the year you loose everything your marketing can be…and maybe consider options and approaches you’ve never tried before!
