If you struggle to understand “features and benefits” or “sell the sizzle, not the steak,” consider this: You won’t buy because of any of the features unless you FEEL it’s the best option for your needs, for what you feel is important, for your life. Doesn’t matter if you’re buying a dress or ordering multi-million-dollar equipment. Nobody buys unless they FEEL it’s the right thing to do. And features aren’t enough. You have to TELL them how and why what you have fills the bill. ‘Nuff said.
